さて、昨日高血圧について語りましたが、なんとなく今日ふと思うところあって（会社で）内臓脂肪について調べていたんですが、これと最近の生活と高血圧に関係しているのではないかと思いました。
内臓脂肪は内臓付近や腹の内部につく脂肪で、こいつを運動で燃焼させる事で痩せたりできるわけですがこの燃焼した脂肪は血液に流れるわけです。で、血液中の脂肪分が多くなると血がどろどろになり高血圧につながると。
で、私は今年2月からジム通いしているわけで、最近大分脂肪も筋肉へと変化してきたなーと思っていたんですが、先に述べたように血液中に燃焼した脂肪分が流れる事で高血圧になったのでしょう。原因は掴めましたがだからといって運動やめるわけにはいきません。
というわけで血液をサラサラにする為のサプリメント摂取が改善に繋がると思われるので明日より摂取しようと考えます。
ああ…長文になってしまった。英訳がめんどい…。
Though I told about the high blood pressure yesterday, I examined about the visceral fat today. As result, I considered that the visceral fat relate the high blood pressure.
The visceral fat is the fat that adheres near the internal organs and inner of belly. When the above fat is burned, the body become the slim. But the burned fat streams in the blood. If the fat in blood increase, the blood become mud and mud. And the above things links to high blood pressure.
I have gone to sports gym since 2 month ago, and my fat became the muscle. But like the above, I expect that the burned fat streams in my blood. I understand the fact, but I cannot stop to sport.
Therefore, I will get the supplement to clear the blood, since tomorrow.

最近なぜか血圧が高いです。通常で130前後、時々140に手が届いたりするときもあります。高血圧は脳だとか心臓に悪いので要注意ですね。うちの場合親族が血圧高くて病気やっている人も多いので…。ちなみに米国では高血圧を「サイレントキラー」と呼んでいるそうですね。アサシンみたい(^^;

前から近くに存在して、イヤそうだなと思っていたPJについに巻き込まれそうな雰囲気が漂い始めました。この2ヶ月すっかり遊んでたからツケが回ってきたのだろうか……。まぁそれが社会人なんだけどね。今は仕事が存在するだけでもありがたい世の中なので、せいぜい頑張るとしましょう。

夢と魔法の国から帰ってきてまいりました。二日に続くベッドでの睡眠により、掲題の通り寝違いを起こしてしまいました、痛い。寝違いは首のぎっくり腰とか聞いた事ありますが、背中といい全身ぎっくり候補なんですね、私。（それなのに腰は一回も起こした事ないですけど）
今日は自宅に戻ってきたので英文の方も併記します。

And "Nechigai" is like that neck's "Gikkuri Goshi". Though I experienced "Gikkuri Senaka" the other day, my body parts is all "Gikkuri" candidate.(But I didn't experience "Gikkuri Ghosi")
I write English diary too, because I arrived my home.

なんか洋食ばかりなので納豆ご飯と味噌汁が食いたい気分です。海外出張や旅行行ったときのそれと似ています。今晩はミッキーらがいらっしゃるレストランで夕食をとったのですが、かわるがわる飯の最中に彼らがくるので落ち着いて食事する事ができません、もうディズニーファンなのかってくらい彼らと大量のツーショット写真を撮ってしまいました…。アリスがいればもっとこみ上げてくる何かがあったかもわかりませんが。しかし写真取る際にミッキーの腰周りに手を回してしまって、あまりにも華奢なそれにちょっとグッときてしまった反面、なんかセクハラめいた事をしてしまった背徳感を覚えてしまったりしました……。
